A Passion for Pets
Hi, I'm Jenna! I grew up in Mayfield, NY, and now call Tupper Lake home. My path to grooming wasn't planned—it happened by chance—but it's quickly becoming my passion. With a lifelong love for animals and a drive to make a difference in the everyday lives of pets and their people, I've built a career rooted in care, compassion, and skill.
A graduate of SUNY Canton with an Associate's degree in Veterinary Science and a Bachelor's in Veterinary Business Management, I earned my Veterinary Technician License in 2012 and have been working hands-on with animals ever since. Over the years, I've cared for everything from tiny mice to full-size sheep, bringing a steady hand and a calm presence to each interaction.
For me, grooming is about more than just appearance—it's about how a pet feels. I love seeing the transformation in a pet's demeanor when they're clean, comfortable, and happy. My approach, especially with nervous or senior pets, is slow, steady, and full of praise, always working at the animal's pace.
Going mobile was a natural choice. I wanted the flexibility to reach more pets and eliminate the stress of travel for both animals and owners. My goal is to make each appointment feel like a relaxing spa day—calm, comfortable, and maybe even a little fun.
