The process typically takes 1-3 hours depending on your pet's size and grooming needs. We'll discuss your preferences before starting and keep you updated throughout the process.

What areas do you service?

We primarily serve Tupper Lake, NY and the surrounding areas within approximately 30 miles. This includes nearby communities and rural areas in the Adirondack region.

What equipment do you bring?

Our mobile grooming van is equipped with professional-grade equipment including:

We bring everything needed for a complete grooming session, so you don't need to provide anything.

How long does a grooming session take?

  • Large dogs (over 50 lbs): 2-4 hours

Do you groom cats?

Currently, we focus on dog grooming services. We may expand to include cat grooming in the future, but for now, we specialize in providing the best mobile grooming experience for dogs of all sizes and breeds.

What if my pet is anxious or aggressive?

We're experienced in handling anxious and nervous pets. Our gentle approach and familiar environment often help reduce stress. However, if your pet has severe anxiety or aggression issues, we may need to discuss special accommodations or refer you to a veterinarian for guidance.

How do I prepare for a mobile grooming appointment?

Preparation is minimal! Here's what we need:

  • Access to an electrical outlet (extension cord provided)
  • Your pet ready for grooming (no special preparation needed)
  • Any specific instructions or preferences you have

We'll handle everything else! No need to clean up or prepare your home - we bring all necessary equipment.

What if the weather is bad?

Our mobile grooming van is climate-controlled and equipped to handle various weather conditions. However, we may need to reschedule in cases of:

  • Severe storms or dangerous driving conditions
  • Extreme temperatures that could affect your pet's comfort
  • Power outages in your area

We'll contact you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule due to weather conditions.
